How long for moderator approval

How long for moderator approval
I posted a thread titled "Smelling gas inside my car" in the new member rx-7 technical forum about four hours ago. When I clicked 'submit new thread' button, a message popped up saying it wouldn't be posted until a moderator approved it. How long should I wait until I can assume it won't be posted?

All new members with under 3 posts are able to reply to any thread in the New Member Section. New threads started by these members will enter a Moderation Queue. This means that you will not see your thread immediately. It can take a few days for a Moderator to review and subsequently approve your post. If your post does not appear, please do not resubmit it immediately. If after three days your post is still not shown, this probably means it was not approved. Please see the Why Was My Post Not Approved heading below.
