Beefy na's are dicussed almost daily. It would make sense. But it would also be filled with noobs asking if their cone filter gives them 30 horsepower and what exhaust gives them more power. All of this is discussed far too often in the 2nd gen section. I am all for it so long as it is strictly moderated.

Hmm ya it would have those kida of question quite regularly. But some of the stuff people post kinda mkaes you think and is kinda informative. I think there should be one also. But would be afraid of the search noob pharse coming up every 10seconds.

I'd like to see the same thing happen. Maybe a sub forum under Rotary Performance. Who decides on things like this.

That would be nice, and maybe even an na timeslip and dyno section.

Unfortunately, this has been shot down every time it is suggested. Personally I think it's a great idea, but my opinion doesnt count when it comes to making decesions about this stuff.

i think there should be a beefy n/a forum. if there's a seperate n/a foum then the general generation specific questions get asked twice as much because they're posted in each forum. like on teamfc3s, it's a pain to read the n/a and turbo forum because it's the same questions being asked.

The same questions are still being asked when everything is going into one big forum. Its alot better to have seporate forums, Turbo, N/A. Some questions may be the same. But the answer may have to be different because its for a turbo or for a n/a

It probably won't happen because alot of the tuners on this forum with more funds available tend to go with a turbo car. Most NA guys usually don't have the bank to do anything truely new. Other then Kahren, Icemark, dDub, and Integra88LS. Other then those guys most people put on an exhaust onto an NA and call it a day. I love the beefy NA, but its honestly not too much of an interest to people as much as turbo's or a V8, since both have alot of backing.

**** most guys with NA's won't even isolate their cone filter in their engine bay? Most of the ways to build a beefy NA have been discovered or in the slow process of. Frankly I don't think anyone with 6 grand and an FC will be fine running high 13's (maybe). A six grand turbo swap can warrant 12's if done correctly ;o!

Might as well include nitrous in with an NA forum. Plus I don't believe power is what NA is always about even though there are some powerfull 12a and 13B's out there with PP.

^--- There is no need for that. FCs are the only ones that came to the US in Turbo and NA form

I want a N/A section too. Or a nitrous section. That would be awesome. +1 vote.

yeah, i'd vote for an n/a section, to avoid the inevitable turbo vs. n/a arguments that always seem to come up which seem to derail a lot of n/a threads before they ever really get going. plus, it would be a good way to control a lot of repeatedly asked questions, by having a dedicated faq section.

good idea.

+1 for a N/A section...

I think most people who want more performance out of their N/A (at least in the 2nd gen section) have read the "How to make a Beefy N/A" thread.

Imagine a subsection of the forum based solely on NA performance and modifications...I think it would be great.

N/A POWER!

I'm gonna have to agree. I believe that there ought to be an N/A section and second the notion of a nitrous section.

i agree as well, for people like me who have both the funds and the time to do a turbo swap, but preffer the idea of an n/a over that of a turbo it would be awsome. i cannot count the number of times ive been reading a thread about beefing up an na or such and then some one always has to throw in a comment like, just turbo it or something and it spirals into an argument. plus so many things are n/a or turbo specific half the time i find myself deeply interested in a thread only to find out it can only be done on turbos.
+1 for n/a section
