I paid for group buy on August 24th through the link on the board and from my paypal.

I heard nothing

I sent a email to billing on September 7th asking what was going on. Still nothing.

My money was accepted right away but here it is September 9th and still nothing as to how to proceed nor have I gotten my upgrade to a group buy vendor.

what gives? I paid through the link provided.

 

I will check into it. Not tonight obviously (its 1AM).

The 7th was Labor Day, so most people weren't working I'm certain.

 

You should have access to the Group Buy area. As soon as you signed up, it should have granted you access to create threads in the group buy center forum.

It also changes your user title.
Because you have elected to alter your user title to a custom text, this did not occur.

ok, so how do I get the bright red vendor status as my title?

 

Bright red is for supermods.

I was running a GB for a number of months and had nothing special by my username.

 

my mistake, I thought it was in red.

 

We are discussing changing the Group Buy Vendors to another color. We just have to agree on a color that is visible with all the forum skins.
