UPDATE! I decided to take a more proactive approach...so I spoke w/ a Live Tech Support on AOL. Here's a transcript of the convo...

7:00:02 PMAOLTechRRC Let's make sure your Mail and Spam Controls are set so that you're not blocking e-mail from the sender, from the sender's domain, or with certain content (hyperlinks, pictures, or words). We also need to check where blocked mail is going.
7:00:10 PMAOLTechRRC I will be glad to help you check your mail controls and spam folder settings.
7:00:19 PMAOLTechRRC We'll just take this step by step. You will be able to do that while you are still online. Here's how.

7:04:54 PMAOLTechRRC If the sender has the correct e-mail address, please ask them try to send the e-mail again.
7:05:00 PMAOLTechRRC If there are difficulties sending the e-mail again, please have the sender contact the Postmaster of their domain (for example: AOL(R) Members would contact postmaster@aol.com).

7:05:11 PMAOLTechRRC The Postmaster will check for any e-mail gateway problems between the sender's Internet Service Provider (ISP) and the AOL(R) service.
NOT PART OF THE TRANSCRIPT: At this point, I just wanna make sure all AOL users follow the above mentioned steps. In a simple format:
1) Go to Keyword: Spam Controls
2) The ""Word & Phrases Filter" should have "Off" written to the right of it. If it doesn't, click on "Edit" on the right of it, and remove any words it may be filtering.
3) "Sender Filter" should also read "Off." But Edit this one anyway. Make sure the first option, "Allow mail from all senders" is selected. And at the bottom, "Delivered to Spam Folder" is selected. Then click "Save."
4) "Content Filter" should also be "Off." If it's not, edit it.
These steps will help ensure EVERYTHING gets to your inbox (or spambox). Most spam is caught and sent to your spambox directly like this (so make sure to check it...every now and then real emails get sent there). Following the steps above may cause you to receive unappropriate emails - which I take no responsibility for. Do this at your own discretion. I'm simply outlining the steps so that NOTHING gets auto deleted, increasing our chances of catching the RX7 email notifications when they finally do come through.

Wut the?!?! Hey....how about me?! I'm the one who complained like THREE times to AOL!!! I haven't gotten JACK!
EDIT: Just noticed my subscription options were somehow reset to "off" ... must have been recently too (cuz I checked it not too many weeks ago). Hopefully that'll do the trick (plz plz plz work!)
