IT doumbfounds me that so many people can bash something that they more then likely never tried, ridden along in or even seen in person.

Yes, the RX7 was made to be a grip car, but to us drifters, thats what makes it that much more fun. We can get this car, which is made to hug the road, lose traction, have a pimp *** pivot pont (Polar moment search and read, maybe then you might respect US and what we do with our FC's) and totally kill the 240 guys.

I would think we as a subculture of the sport compact/import/racing scene would get more support then we do from the general populace of the forum. Seeing as how we take the SAME EXACT car, build it to do what it was NOT designed to do and kill it. Showing all the piston heads what the rotary can do.

What a sad sad day to finally see this. Im better off just sticking to the lounge and F/S sections. RX7gozoomzoomboom shoot me a PM on myspace bro. http://www.myspace.com/boostisgood better 7 support for drifting on there.

a drifting forum on here would not be the best idea. being that most rx7 ppl want to keep their cars clean in respect to the rarity of the car. true

if you want to talk drift go to driftlive.com or driftworks.com.

there the knowledge will be much more appreciative over there.

saying 99% are dumbass is just an idiot talking.

dont listen to dumb people.

i would say that most rx7 owners, own more then one in their lifetime.

being that im an Lsx owner and i do drift i only stop by here for some kill stories and some good laughs.

drifting is a new breed of speed.

drift on!

ZoomZoomBoom, I'm not cool. I am a grumpy bastard.

Your FC is the exception in drifting. I'd say it represents about 1% of true drift FC's (not full race car). Its just too bad that noobs **** up a perfectly good car in the name of 'drifting'. And to be honest, that is the only reason I am not fond of drifting. Too many cars get trashed by kids that have no idea what they are doing, but saw Tokyo Drift yo!

Besides, I was 'drifting' in the snow when I lived in Chicago 15 years ago. Back then though, it was called 'commuting to work in bad weather'.

w00t!
