Turn around time is less than 24hours from what I have been tracking. Honestly, since I get online later than all of the other moderators I have not approved of any threads, but have been deleting the duplicated threads and been moving the threads to the proper area. If for some reason your thread was not approved send me a PM and I will track it down for you.

Come on here? It's posted in this same thread.

https://www.rx7club.com/announcement.php?f=18&a=162

It also states the turn around time in this thread.

thats really cool, when my daily needs a part today, and people could help, but now i have to wait 24 hours till anybody can even see the ads. woo ******* great. what you guys should do next is approve all our posts before people can see them, you know cause that **** helps the community.

Generally it is less than 6 hours for an ad to be cleared. In some cases less than an hour (depending on what time you posted and what mods are online or coming online).

As Rowtareh? said... less than 24 hours. Not 24 hours. Only if an extreme conditions or you fail to follow the posting rules and a mod has to get with you to make you fix your add before its cleared would that happen.

And going to this has reduced spam, and has forced members to follow the rules for posting, making everyone looking for or selling parts radically more efficient and easier. Also cuts out scammers much much easier.

If you can't see the advantages to this move (done over a week ago) and instead just want to whine, well then don't post an ad here. There are several other boards that offer free ads including Craigslist.

what you guys should do next is approve all our posts before people can see them, you know cause that **** helps the community.
Matt
actually there has been talk of doing just that for newbies with less than 100 or 300 posts... it would probably cut out a lot of BS and whining posts.

I will take a mental note now regarding your posts in the classifieds. I will make sure they are approved in 24 hours and 1 minute.

Would you prefer the continued flow of spam? It also allows us to be on the lookout for possible scams. Of course we do not gurantee that all postings we issue a pass to are credible, etc. but it's some added protection that is working in YOUR best interest.

Yea i understand. I just never seen the sticky, so i was a bit shocked. Maybe a good idea to do a mass PM with the sticky linked, so everyone knows of this change.

You don't think that an announcement at the top of every single section and subsection of this board was enough... because you didn't read it???

Sorry, no way is anyone spamming all the members with a PM because someone could not read an announcement that has been up in every single section of the board for almost a month.
