i bought some parts of the us forum member ..and he shipped the package via ups. The shipment made it to the fort errie border, but now its on its way back to the state...wtf??

does this happen often??

 

yeah UPS tracking numbers are wacky!
other forum members have had these issues too, do a serach for "UPS" in the canadian forum to see 'em.

 

i have had the same thing happen. just ignore it. you will get your package shortly. and possibly some unexpected fees. which you will be mad about for a few hours. but, then go about your life because you just have to take what they throw at you...

 

The only other reason that might happen is if the shipper didnt mark the package for international shipping. My shocks had that happen. It has to go back to the shipper and be reshipped international.

Next time use USPS. They have smaller broker fees (UPS can really stick it to you on electronics).

 

The ******* cod charge by ups is outragous (but yet i am gonna pay for it....coz the parts is worth it).
This is making me want to go to fort erie and hijack that truck and take my parts..

oh..and i told the seller to ship via usps....but he said that it is his choice of shipping company and his gf work for ups (so he got a good shipping deal)
