It is street legal, but seems to be missing a windshield wiper and has no cats. The car is clean but the bumper needs fixing? Plus, in one of the pictures it appears to have a parking ticket under the mono-wiper. And there is a strange hole cut in the bumper, with pieces of black plastic riveted over the FTP lenses.
Just seems like a weird ad.

It looks like a few of the shots were taken with Toyo 888's on it and some with BFG street tires. As well the front splitter has been bashed a bit and repaired with black racers tape. All in all, if the beast runs cleanly it looks fine, but I haven't priced street RX7's in a loooong time to know if the car is a good deal. Just looks to be a kinda racy car with the looks of a track car, but too low and no tire clearance to actually go on track. No shots of interior and underhood, ???????? Why....... Also the hole in the front fascia looks like the cut outs we use on track to get more air to the rad, offset to clear the overflow bottle. Could be just another racey thing to do or it could be functional to get more air to the oil cooler and rad.
Another interesting point is that it is a 1987 car so is now emissions exempt.

If its Muki, he has a habit of buying and flipping 7's. Not that theres anything wrong with it. But theres been at least 2 I know of that hes flipped that were total basket cases. Homemade garbage repairs seem to be the norm. I would tell anyone looking at any of his cars to be very very cautious.

had a funny experience with muki once. took a look at one of his 91 fc's that he tried to flip to me, at first i gave a 50 for deposit (lol stupid mistake, i was too eager to get the car), took a second look at the car a week later, realized it wasnt worth 1500 for the condition it was in, tried to get my deposit back (lol stupid mistake #2), ended up not getting my money back, got into an arguement, and making an *** out of the situation... anyways if its muki's car, i would suggest taking a good look at it before droping any money on it. O and check if theres a lean on it too.

Yeah all I can say is buyer beware if so. I made my mistake by being much too eager and jumping a little too quick. I would hate to see someone else make the same mistake. I'm sure thats likely the same "roll cage" that was in the car I unfortunately bought from him.

Good to know all of this... the last one he sold - black, streetported, guages under the stereo pocket - ended up with a friend of mine who had a bunch of problems until he sold it.. I saved him at a gas station once when his fuel cut-off switch wouldn't un-cut... LOL the wiring was terrible.
