alright soo i just met up with this guy and checked out his black on black 240sx.. nice exterior... very little rust.
interior is alright.. nothing spectacular.. but nice enough..
220000kms on the car, i drove it and it still feels pretty strong..its a 5 speed by the way
it grinds slightly going into 2nd gear enless you baby it in on double clutch...
i could get it off him for 2700..
and its all ready to be insured and everything.
what do you guys think?

Rusty, grinds into 2nd gear. Obviously the car was taken care of like an ex-wife.


I have nothing against 240SX's. Only the steering wheel is on the left side.

 

$2700 seems a little steep for that condition, I couldn't accept a tranny that grinds in 2nd on normal gear changes, I would keep on looking.

After shipping and such I think he paid a total of $6000 to get it certified and on the road. Needed a set of tires or something.

So $2700 for a rusty, crunchy 240SX seems like alot. I bet it has over 200,000kms of abuse on that old KA24.
