Velocity stacks, now avaialble

New line we picked up here, mostly for DIY but we are using allot of them in the fabrication of piston and rotary manifolds at the moment... pricing is very good compared to whats out there now and weight is avg. 150grams. 6061-T6 alloy and from our measurements variation is under .004"

these come in 27 sizes from 35mm x 110mm to 73mm x 101mm with specific setups for 48ID webbers.

Polished and unpolished bell mouths in 3-5" sizes

Fuel surge tanks and Oil header tanks as well.

pm for pricing and sizing avaialbility..

They could apply to turbos if you wanted them to...

yeah i was thinking about that after i wrote it. i've seen it done but would VELOCITY stacks make any difference under forced indection? like a good intake would be free flowing and have enuff velocity already while under boost.

i could see these coming into handy for some custom intake manifold setup, like independent throttle bodies, etc.
i may be interested...

I use them in EVO and SR turbo plenums.. they make a huge difference.. VS's are not just for ITB's or carbs..

as for an ad. if everyone else is doing it.. then I guess I will too.

Decrease the boundry layer ( laminar flow ) in the intake runners, ( increasing the CFM in the runner ). Increases velocity and adds a radial 'spin' to the air in the runner which percipitates better air/fuel mixture..

simply put, the velocity stack takes the air provided in the plenum and uses it more efficiently with less loss and back pressure then the same product without the velocity stacks.
