Lates,
The writers garage is nicely appointed but appears to be rather small and crowded. Why he didn't expand the garage to take up some of that "garden" space? I have a 2400 square foot garage/shop that I need to finish. I'm even thinking of putting in a second level mezanine with a spare room and a boys entertainment area (pool table, big screen, etc.) If I wasn't so damn cheap I guess it would be done by now........
Man do I envy the toys of that last garage owner on that site. Looks like his garage that is under construction will be killer. Wonder if his name is Bill Gates?

With all the money spent on tiling, and gardening he could have bought a better dyno, it's too clean, I would feel guilty working in there, if it wasn't for the dyno, I would say those tools would never get used.
Theres a guy in town here in the miata club building a garage. Its bigger than that one. Im sure it wont have the visual appeal outside, but hes already got a hoist and other things for it. Hes thinking of getting an infloor dyno installed.
Sadly, I have to help him with building today. So much for my weekend.
