Ever have the problem if snow sticking to your plastic shovel ?..and every time to take a scoop half of it remains ON the shovel so you are shovelling half the amount but twice the weight???
WELLL,,fear no more!!
Take you shovel and wipe it off..Spray it with Silicone Lube or Deep Creep....BOOOM!..snow doesn't stick to your shovel and you save your muchly needed muscles for that engine transplant!
*the above was brought to you by "Hints by STYX"..a sole proprietary company..owner was Made in Canada..also Laid in Canada..lol!

I heard WD40 works too.
Stay warm up there! I was just watching the news and saw 15 foot snow drifts around the Lakes. Might be time to fire up the 20B snow blower.

Every year like clock work whenever we get the first snow fall, I ask myself "why am I still living here???"
The only reason is due to my family. Otherwise I would be heading south where it's warm year round. Never have to deal with this god awful weather.
Hate winter!
On a positive note, Xmas is getting closer!!

I've already started making head way on the master plan of moving down south. I think in another 5-7yrs I should be all sorted out.
In the meantime, you gotta put up with the winter.
being down here year round isn't much better, you got humidity and heat which can make it miserable to do anything physical outdoors. you got killer bugs that attack you once you step foot outside. and you have hurricanes that want to blow you back to canada. even in winter you get cold and very warm days back to back, which makes it difficult to stay comfortable.
don't get me wrong though, there are a few things good about it, like the key islands and beaches and cheaper cost of living.

Who knows, maybe when I get to Europe I'll contemplate living close to Spain or Portugal.
cali is good but it is also getting quite overpopulated, oregon is similar but a lot less dense with people(pun intended). nevada, well, is a desert with only 2 places to live and they both aren't what i'd call homely places. texas is a good choice but it can also be a bit humid towards the gulf.

No snow here, or very little, maybe 2", just stupid cold temps. Snow does not stick to anything, its like dust. only -31C here, before the windchill. I am probably one of the few people that have a standalone ECU tuned to start below -10C though, just about maxing out the fuel correction tables to do so lol. On the bright side, tomorrow is supposed to be 25 degrees Celsius warmer, only -6C.
For you Americans:
-31C is -24f
-6C is 21f
Tomorrow it is supposed to be 45 degrees Fahrenheit warmer, a balmy 21f.

Snow blower. Years ago I modified the impeller by adding strips of thick rubber to the blades. In most designs there is quite a gap between the impeller and housing. Closing this up with a material like rubber that can flex if something gets jammed but otherwise radically tightens up the tolerances greatly increases efficiency.
It's the best upgrade I've done to the machine besides raising the governor about 1000 RPM.
More upgrades are planned when I have time for another project. That carburetor has to go.

Is that the uber rare Cad spec 4 lug T2 snowplow? I never thought I'd see one except for the one Jay Leno has.
