For those of you who don't visit the Race Tech section...
I've finally plucked some more money down and and am making progress. Follow the thread below to watch my money disappear and a competitve track car appear! The engine is in Joe's skilful hands at RPM and CSC Racing here in Newmarket are doing some final chassis fabrication. Both great organizations to do business with!

Nice build. I'll watch it for sure. Nice to get ideas on things I can improve in my own car.
Do you have more pics of how your seat is mounted? Mind is a little higher than I would like (tight on head room) and if I'm going to pull it out this window and make a new bracket, I might as well do some other things to add some strength while I'm at it.
*edit: PS, love the front bumper. If you make that work with fasteners I'd love details on that too. I've already got 3 chunks of fibreglass in my garage that used to be a Flatout front splitter until I didn't set the ramps right one day.... but the whole front bumper would make life MUCH easier.

Another (small) update, just revisit the link.
Redshft - I'll certainly get more pics of the seat mount to you once I have unencumbered access to the car for a couple hours and the bumper/splitter quick release is coming along, more on that later next week. And thanks for the compliment.
2Fierce - The seat is a Sparco Circuit Pro, it's brand new, HANS friendly, I won't tell you how little I paid for it! ha ha And the Willans harness? I come across them once a month. Let me borrrow the fenders!!! I will PAY you (or make you a second set in exchange for the loan)!! lol

I've done the majority of work myself rollcage, this and that Also I've just taken my times and bought the bits and pieces to finish it when they came along with the right price! I know it's somewhere between $12K and $15K once all said and done, tuned and on track. P.S. Al you've got mail.
