Basically you sign up on the website, get a code number and take it to a Mazda dealership. Pick a Mazda you want to test drive and following that, a sales rep will do a random pick of either a $25, $50 or $100 Visa Cash card.
Or, if you decide to buy - it's 10x the value of the cash card off the purchase price.
The limit seems to be one cash card per driver's license.
