"Stong Arm" steering

Has anyone here in Manitoba, Ontario or Saskatchewan upgraded their sterring, (assuming you have an '81, '82, '83, or '84 RX7) to power steering?

Man, I find it tough to steer mine when I'm parallel parking or just starting off or even at extremely low speeds (5 kph) to turn the car.

Any options available to upgrade mine?

Thanks.

i prefer non-power steering, infact i de-powered my power steering. and i'm happy i did. its far easier to steer then just the looped hose.
but ultimately the power steering just makes it hard to feel the road.

what kind of bodybuilding do you do ?

anyway , I don't know anyone here, but a few in Ontario have installed the Respeed rack and pinion steering kit and it makes things a little better if the 1st gen manual recirc ball steering bothers you that much.

i have taken the power steering out of the 2 7's ive had that had it and never regretted it once. my FC was the most wonderful car to drive once the power steering was gone. i hate that squishy feeling, id prefer to have to work a little harder for the benefit of feeling what the wheels are doing. ive got an FB right now with power steering and i cant stand it, make that couldnt stand it, i pulled it yesterday i recall. if ur havin trouble parking either your tires are low orrrrrrr u be a girly mon cuz im a skinny *** lil punk, an the closest i come to a gym is when i pass one in my car. ive never had any trouble, i just wring the wheel around like a lil gorilla, hang off it thru corners, its like bein a kid in a go kart
