AB sterling tuning

I am putting my rx7 on the road for the summer and having a little grief tuning my new sterling Nicki. I have a misfire I cannot seem to get rid of. I am not sure if it fuel or ignition related. Just wandering what anyone else running a sterling is running for vacuum advance?

I have mine hooked up with normal vacuum. Turned the distributor a little bit but don't know exactly what it's at. If it's a new Sterling than it should not have anything to do with fuel delivery, as long as your pump and regulator are in good shape. Check over your ignition system.
