Well the Exhaust has been ported, the intake has been polished!
Didn't change the intake timing at all, just opened up the exhaust a touch, I am hoping this will make the turbo spool like the stock one once did.
Here's a few pics:

I'll spend a little more time cleaning them up, but it's going to get dirty again as soon as I fire it up, so it's not going to be a like a mirror.

Haven't updated this in a long while, nothing new to report, other than adding a 929 Master and Booster, and the 626/Mx6 Front lip.
Here are some recent pictures:

Hey Nismo_Convert86, what size tires are you running? Did you roll the fenders? Are you using spacers? Do you have any rubbing issues ( like when you turn in a driveway?) And your car is lowered a bit, right?
I would love to see your car in Black with Ghost flames or something. Black car, black tint, black tires and rims. It'll be a stealth shadow...a mirage. They won't see you coming; But they will HEAR you.

Black is nice, but not my style, I don't think they will hear me until my wastegate opens, when it does you can hear me coming like 20 miles away lol!

Nope, no updates, just drove it; bought a new house with a 32x36 shop, and have a baby girl on the way so not much progress, should be pulling the engine this year, and getting the RE built, but who knows, what time, and money will allow, but it will get done.

If you want more response from an upgraded turbo, port the exhaust down about 3MM. Make the bottom of the port a bit roundish to open a little more gradually which will cut down on the noise a little. This cuts more into the blowdown phase of the exhaust stroke and will make a major difference in exhaust energy hitting the turbine.

No photos, but I have the rad mounted, the haltech placed in there, it needs to be tidied up, then the Intercooler needs to be fitted, then the ducting.... Oh crap, I have lots to do, should have the rebuild kit ordered next month, then start saving for the Goopy seals, and housing refinishing. Planning on having the engine built by Fall for real this year.
You should have stopped by Sunday, I would have made it Saturday, but I was at my wifes grandfathers funeral.

Gigitty! Parts have arrived! Just need to send out the housings to goopy, and get their apex seals, then it's build time! With the engine built it should really modulate me to get my *** in gear, my wife and I are planning to make DGRR 14.
