edit: actually that is CSCS opening weekend so I will be going to that instead.

I will be at CSCS bright and early though... no good to show up at 3 or 4

 

The 4th works better for me but having said that I doubt you will find a day that works for all of us. Put up a date, that gives people enough time. Some people will come regardless, others will drop out last minute, and others will show up.

But this event tends to get scheduled for Sunday, since some people work on Saturday and more people are available to attend on Sunday.

 

yes sunday always works best, plus the mall won't be as busy
