Maybe I shall start this thread. Let's plan for the Spring Meeting 2011 @ Sherway Gardens. Maybe on May 14, 21, or 28? Let's come up with a best date so most of the rotaries can show up this year.

I think the 4th annual RX7 meet will be in that time frame as well, this year it will be held on private property in Hagersville and will be a Swap Meet/BBQ .....most likely in mid May on a Saturday

 

I will be there if I get the parts in time.....

that's a swap meet, this is more of a show and shine.

I think that both events should be separate. We should not only get together as a group once or twice a year. I would love to attend the swap meet as well, besides it will give most of us another reason to get away from our wives. LOL.

No we are doing a meet along with the swap meet at Classic Auto. If people want to do a meet at sherway gardens as well that's cool too.

I am down for any meet as long as I do not work. The more the merrier. I had a great time at Sherway and @ Joe's.

I only drive the car a few times a year so any excuse to take it out is a good one

 

So let's set a date for Sherway Gardens. The swap meet is going to be on May 14th, so maybe Sherway Gardens on May 21st?

May 21st will be during the long weekend. It will be difficult for some as they may be away for the long weekend. The 29th could be a better date.
