Sport Compact Nights - Sponsored by PAS Mag and Kaption Audio - June 9th
Thats right, its back! This year the show is sponsored by Performance Auto and Sound Magazine and the same as last year, Kaption Car Audio.
Here's the scoop:
Location:
Odyssey Car Audio
65 Hart Dr.
Barrie, Ontario
Date and Time:
Friday June 9th, 2006 at 6pm
Cost:
SPL entrants - $25
Show entrants - $5
This enters you in the show and gives you the opportunity to win great prizes!
Cars will be registered all night, but come earlier to insure that you get the votes you deserve! Judging is based on peoples choice, so the sooner you arrive, the more votes you could potentially get! My suggestion, be there before 7pm!
All cars are welcome to attend!

Import Other
Domestics (includes Truck)
Best Interior
Best Stereo
Best in Show

Oh man... was this a dissapointment!!! HUGE dissappointment!!
Wasn't expecting anything grand, but I've seen better shows at a free car wash!
The only thing great was the trip up to Barrie. There we are just cruising north bound on the 400 after Davis Drive when we catch some intense HID's in the south bound lane.
There, leading the convoy, was a Ferrari F430, followed closely by an Enzo, Carrera GT and a Gallardo!!! We were very tempted to get off on the next exit and follow those guys down. But the exit was way too far... by the time we turned around who knows where those guys would have gone. Suffice to say there must have been some meet up north prior to 7pm. Shortly that small convoy passed we saw another Ferrari 360 Spider followed by a Porsche Turbo.
And then some random 911's and a Cayman.
Too bad we were going north bound.... We should have turned around!!!
Oh well... next time...
