Just moved up to Edmonton, Just above downtown. Can't change my location right now as I'm on mobile. I'd be up for a drive as long as school isn't crazy at the time (2nd year mechanical engineering).

fc drives not too bad, it has been parked for 2 years. only problem is it drives fine an all for a while, but when its at normal running temp and i stop at a light or let the rpms drop below 1000 the car pretty much shuts off. then i have to wait for it to cool down for me to be able to start it back up again. anyone got any ideas? im guessing because of the old fuel? or stuck injector?

honestly i couldent tell you... its not old fuel cause the fuel in mine when i bought it was about a year old and it ran like new fuel, but i dont know if the guy i bought it off of put an octane booster in it or not....
just check the forums pages and you'll find people that had the same issue and a whole different suggestions.
now if it was a piston engine id say vac lines, but i know allmost nothing in terms of rotary's

yeah i have been doing a lot of reading already, going to be looking into the o2 sensor and the temp sensor and see if it fixes the problem. Probably going to check my compression as well, compression hopefully is good, the car only has 90xxx kms on it. bought it off the original owner. just needs some work hahah

I'm good with that, as long as my car is on the road though, taking it off cause I don't really need it after this month. It'll be back on some point next year, but them I'm either doing engine work or redoing the suspension and getting another SRD seat...anyone got a spare one anyways?

Hey everyone. I'm Paul, up in Grande Prairie, just got a 85 GSL last week, brand new to the whole game but quite enjoying the information overload. Anyone else up in GP? I know there's at least one GSLE cruising around up here...

If I'm running how I want to by next year I'd make the trip to the 'chuck for a meet for sure!

well my fc is fucked, the coolant thing was a slight issue, than my lutch stopped working s i had to drive about 15km through the city without stopping, i feel bad for my transmission now, had to no-clutch shift the entire way... good bye sycryno mesh.
but im buying my buddys red fc, 87 t3/t4 hybrid, 13psi, street port, 350+HP.
anyone up for a few late seson runs? (depending on if i get my old job back or not)
but i think we should start a meet in edmonton on saturdays or somthing when i get my car up and running or buy that new one.
