This is what scares me, I've got all this done as a student so far... I graduate in august and should be able to get a good actual job. My obsession with this car mixed with an actual income could very very dangerous. I'm going to require alot of self control.

Rebuilt/halfbridged the engine.. installed EMS, new exhaust, turbo kit, suspension, fuel system, etc, etc, etc...
Basically turned a pretty nice car in to a much less nice car that now is faster than new z06's... the plans this winter are to make it nice again and tuning, tuning, tuning.
FD: Made it whole again! Big plans for it this winter.
Turbovert: drove and drove and drove. Unghettoed a few misc. things from the P.O. (like the blockoff plates especially, they were made out of pop cans!) Getting stored in about a week...
Widebody turbovert: ... (crickets chirping)

That will probably be the case once I'm done with the N/A.... I can feel a turbo bug starting up, I haven't even been in a turbo car before, I should try it out...
I didn't get a lot done bacause most of my money went to school and living expenses. I was only working 4 months this year. Next year I'll be working for 8 months with higher pay, so there's lots more planned for then.
I bought and/or installed the following:
-Porterfield R4 racing brake pads
-4 pot calipers
-SS brake lines
-New rotors to go with the race pads
-Used vented rear brakes (turns out they're beyond repair. $hit!)
-Rod end style endlinks
-Custom window switces to replace stock broken ones
-Hybrid SA/FC transmission (shorter 1, 2, 3, 5)
-Rear camber adjuster
-225/45/17 Bridgestone Potenza RE070 tires (OEM STi tires, bought after the car was put away for the winter though)
Planned for next year:
-Coilovers
-Track wheels and race rubber
-New vented rear brakes
-Aluminum race rad
-SS oil cooler lines
-Real temp gauges for oil and water
-Steering wheel and quick release
-Some misc trim bits
-Individual rear camber adjusters
-Wideband 02 sensor + controller
-Some sort of engine management, ZEMS PnP Megasquirt or Rtek 2.0, if they're released for the S5 by then
-Cordless electrical impact wrench and torque stick for changing wheels at the track
-More track time
That's all for me untill I graduate in 2008, then it'll be retired from daily driver status and things can start getting wild.
