Sigh...

If you just paid, you didn't pay me.

As I laid out very clearly in the PM to you and in the last few posts *I* have been asked by Ken to collect all the funds for this and make one big payment.

You need to sort out with Ken about a potential refund or how he wants to proceed.

Ok:

Here's where we stand as of now:

As far as I'm aware, 3 buyers. Myself, HighBoost & JDMSTAR.

I've got my money ready. HighBoost has paid. Just a few minutes ago I PM'd JDMSTAR requesting he meet with me to give me his share (he indicated he'd like to pay me cash).

Once I've collected from JDMSTAR and gotten the shipping portion from HighBoost, I'll be emailing Ken an updated list of what will be in our box and give him my credit card info to pay the bill and for shipping.

It would seem that we well have room for another buyer if you'd like to get in on this.

Yes you can give me cash in person or paypal (plus paypal fees) and I will place one large order with Ken.

If you're interested in this, let me know what you'd like to order, I'll confirm with Ken that it will fit in the box and I'll tell you what you owe plus your fraction of the shipping.

I have a firm confirmation from HighBoost (spoke with him on the phone today) that he will be involved in this order. I will 100% be involved. When I sent out initial PM's with what was owed and the share of shipping JDMSTAR got back to me very quickly which to me indicated he was still very much a part of the buy.

The box is being shipped to toronto and you will have to make arrangements to pick up your parts from my residence.

Same conditions apply to you that apply to everyone else: If customs does hit the box for duty, you will be required to pay your equal share of the duty.

Equal share will be defined as "total amount of the duty fees divided by number of 'box members'" not by value of parts.

Let me know if you're interested.

Despite the mentions of interest, no one has contacted me other than the 3 listed buyers.

Since I just heard back from JDMSTAR and he's making arrangements to give me money over the weekend I will be putting this order through on Monday with only the 3 buyers listed.

I'm emailing Ken now to let him know the final order items.

I was about to jump aboard (have been emailing Ken) until I read the above statement.

Example:

Customer A purchases $1200
Customer B purchases $800
Customer C purchases $400

Total Purchases: $2400 Est. Shipping: $200 Est. Taxes and Duties: $500

Dividing the $500 by 3 customers: $167 each

Customer C's purchase before taxes and other equates to only 16% of the $2400 but he's responsible for 33% of the total taxes and duties. Not trying to thread **** here but just not seeing the logic.

^ Mr. Zoom if you are indeed too late then would you be interested in getting a diffuser shift to Buffalo with mine? We would split the $100 shipping, and I've been pretty fortunate coming across the border. I've typically paid nothing in duty ( I've done it for my scoot hoot, and my aspects turbo kit).

^ Can I join as well? I am looking to get the RE-A PRO diffuser (FRP) with center diverter.

We can split the shipping cost.

Everyone came by last night and inspected/picked up their parts. Everyone seems very happy with the products and I will say the quality of these parts looks to be excellent. the CF pieces that came in looked gorgeous, some of the nicest CF work I've seen.

Very happy in my dealings with Ken, he always got back to me within 24hrs and the products shipped within 24hrs of payment.

I'd definitley reccomend Shine to anyone looking for body parts.

Just so you guys know, the shop Teknotik (Teknotik.com) out of Scarborough does deal with Shine Auto. Last time I talked to them about ordering from Shine (in the summer), they said they place an order about once a month. When you take into account shipping and duty, their prices are very competitive.
I have no affiliation with this shop, but I have dealt with them multiple times in the past and have never had any issues with their service.

Shine is moving shops. I'm ready but I will give it another cpl of wks for them to get setup, and for any others that want to place an order.
