Shannonville Track Day - Friday June 23rd 2006
Posting on behalf of the organizer to fill the remaining spots.
Extra insurance is added therefore the 12 car limit on the track is not in effect, this also cost a little extra. Only 26 spots so it'll be nice and open.
The rest is copied from the original thread:
Fabi course
June 23rd, 2006 9-5pm
$130/person, 26 slots total (9 left)
A little background -
The Fabi track at shannonville is probably one of the safest tracks you can learn on. It's not very fast (save for the 1/4 mile back straight) and very technical. It's also very fun and you'll spend the whole day mastering your line, and there are some pretty good photo ops.
This is how it will work, for those not familiar with our track days. I am limiting the track day to about 26 cars. This gives you plenty of room on the track while keeping the crowd down.
We usually have a briefing prior to getting out on the track, followed by a few warm up laps, then lapping for the rest of the day. "Lapping" refers to just that, doing laps. Passing is STRICTLY prohibited except on the back straight, and only when the person in front of you has allowed you by, by signaling you to pass. We reserve all rights to kick people off the track that are driving dangerously and/or aren't listening to track marshalls.
For those that have never been to the track, I encourage you to try it out, even if you're still on stock tires.

It's a variety of cars, hope to get some 7's out!

Well after the high response from the RX7 dudes, I have decided to drop by here.
Thanks for signing up guys. Hopefully I can organize a meet in a month or so to receive the payment from all of you, and so that we can perhaps all get to know each other a little before track.
