Mark your calendars for August 23, 2009 when Schumacher will return to the F1 grid in Felipe Massa's Ferrari.

I was never a big Schumi fan but I am very interested to see how he will perform on such short notice, as well as how his times will compare to Raikonnen.

I feel terrible for Massa for sustaining a freak injury but the end result will probably have more people tuning in for the remainder of the season.

Should be intresting, now we will all know the truth...maybe it was him and not the car?? We will have to see.

While he is one of the finest drivers to walk the face of the earth, I believe the next few races will demonstrate that the car is the deciding factor in a drivers success at this level of racing. Villeneuve was also simply in the right seat at the right time earning the championship in 1997.

 

Bad news, Schumacher has pulled out.
