So, havent driving my car for a while, well only to the storage and my work to change the oil.. maybe put 200km in the last 2 years.. after taking it out of storage this year it stalled on me on my way home, in the pouring rain of course.... so again i just didnt feel like doing much driving with it.. but lately i just said **** it i'll fix the driving issues and then go after the suspension and leaking oil lines.. so i fix both the oil lines and the drivability issue.. still didnt care for it much.. last week a lotus elise got traded in at my dealership and i really wanted to get it but saw how little i drove the 7 so i figure the lotus would be the same after a bit of time.. so i decided to fix those stupid dtss bushings for the solid delrin ones.. cause they were all loose and made driving very iffy at the least. Man what a difference, that car is awesome again. better then it was.. i went for a cruise to the 307( people who did the ottawa cruise should remember this route) with a buddy of mine and his c5 z06, and left him in the dust on those twisty roads.. so now i want to do some track days.. anybody who has an fc, must replace thos bushings.

 

Good to see your driving it again. I replaced my DTSS bushings a few years ago. What I would like is a nice coil over set up.

 

yeah the ones i really like are the tein ones, with the edfc. if didnt already have the tokicos illuminas and the rb springs thats what i would get.

you passed on an elise? you have way more self control than me. If i was in a place to afford one of those babies, no logic could talk me out of it. haha.

good on ya for getting back into the FC. And ya, like ka kui said, youve gotta come out to 7stock north. we need support and its gonna be a real good time.
