Ok so i needed a greddy compression elbow and i order from these guys and this is what happend

last monday i order online.

5 minutes later i call to confirm they have it in stock and it'll be shipped out same day so i'll get it by friday at ogdensburg, ny so i can drive to pick it up

3 days later they call me on thurs saying they dont have any in stock but they'll get it friday

i ask them to overnight it...they dont respond....

this monday they email me again saying they'll get it instock in a couple of days this time

called 5 times no answer....

What the hell?? just avoid these guys all together i think but does anyone have an experience with these people?

 

A very long time ago I ordered Efini badges and wheel caps from them.
Order arrived 3-4 days later. No problems.

Keep in mind, alot has changed since then.

 

no one stocks products now, So they are ordering from main warehouse.

They can drop ship to your destination from the warehouse or they will ship to store and store to you.

I know you are probably in a hurry, but dont worrie, give it 10 business days .

 

I don't understand why you didn't just order it by phone?

BTW, Ogdensburg is expanding I don't know if you have been there recently but I was amazed. They are renting their neighbors spot so all the UPS Store is full of boxes and all the tires are in the new place if I was an American living on a border town I would definitively open up a spot like this that place is always stacked!

 

welli called 5 mins after i ordered and they even said its in stock and it'll ship out that day...anyways long story short...terrible experience...i called rx7.com and bought it and they DID ship it same they...great service always

I ordered 6 thousant dollars worth of parts from Jason and got everything in perfect condition
in about 2.5 weeks, and there is people who even spends more.. calling 5times wont help brother even rx7.com crise sometme sends items at the end of the week and I fine it very normal -.,-
