hmm I didn't get scammed lol, but i bought it through pay trade and these is condition saying that if the car is not what the seller claims it to be or its a different car not running i get my money back. but to be honest they seamed to be the real deal, the dealer is called Phenix inc. I did some background checks on them and read the reviews they check out.

I also did some checking on the car, not too many 98 are out there so it was kinda hard to find infor about them but there were some sites describing exactly whats written on the sticker, but nothing about airbags.

Nah, I don't think you got scammed, and I don't want you to think I'm being a Negative Nancy about your car. From the pics the car looks quite nice and I'm sure you're going to be very happy with it.

I only bring up the little issues as I find them curious... I'm by no means an all-knowing, all-powerful RX-7 guru. Is it possible that Mazda didn't put an airbag in your car? Sure.

When I imported my car it was a mess... it's taken me years to get it closer to where I want it to be and I've still got a long way to go.

You're starting from a better spot.

Yea I know man no worries, I am kinda glad this subject was brought, made me dig harder, and so far what I found none of them had airbags that year and they only made 1423 of them and most of them were in Japan.

You'll see it someday I'll be coming to meets and events whenever I am in Canada if there are any during my stay.
