RX4 Photos of my 1st 2008 outing

Hello All,

Here are a few quick shots of my first outing of the season, today. Not the best shots as they are taken with my cell phone but not too bad either. I have yet to wax or detail her since purchase and the pics are after a light quick wash at the car wash.

Funny, went to the car wash to get the dust removed due to storage and aside from the regular cars there was also a nice black Lamborghini Gallardo. My car got more attention and questions than the Lambo. $100K+ VS my little RX4. I was thinking of offering it up to the Lambo owner for $100K but decided to keep her for a while longer.

Regards

Max

Hello

I try and keep her clean. She is all original from bumper to bumper, no repaints, no interior work, nothing ever changed. Minus the fluids and filters thats is. 34000 original miles.

How do you get away with the japanese front plate. I thought in Quebec you needed front and rear quebec plates?

Hello,

In quebec its easier. There is no front plates required in Quebec. I actually don't think you can even get a second plate to match the rear for the front even if one wanted to. For that reason you can in theory put anything you want minus another legal plate form another province or USA plate. Technically I don't think it is legal but since it really cant be anything but decorative with the Japanese markings they accept it. Go figure you can't put a rear plate trim cover that covers any part of the bottom caption "Je Me Souviens" but they accept confusing front plates.

Getting the plate into Canada was harder, my friend sent three which got confiscated at Canadian customs.

Regards
