Hey Joe

I Know you don't know me but just alittle advice, It's awsome to start young and let me tell you it will be hard but if it wasn't hard it wouldn't be worth it. Make sure you understand you costs (overhead, markups and margins) so you can be around a long time and not go under like most shops. Looking forward to your success.

I had Joe work on my cars while he was still a teenager. I did so because I felt Joe was honest and he would deal with any potential problems like a gentleman.

I have been to just about every shop in the GTA for service with the exception of a couple and I can honestly say that I feel more comfortable with Joe and he will be working on my cars for a long time to come.

It is how you deal with your problems that stands a business apart from the others and Joe is a gentleman with the intention of being in business for a long time. Therefore he has always handled problems in stride and I am confident in referring Joe to anyone.

Good luck again Joe but you're not going to need it.

84stock - your totally right, my youth has scared some people away, no big deal though....its their loss.

hpp3 - Thanks! I'll send you my contact info

_Wraith_ - I've already sent motors out west, so let me know what you want and I can do it! I'm also working on motors and cars from the US. www.jhbperformance.com is where you'll find more info on the Cermet coating process. Give Marc a call and tell him that Joe at RPM sent ya.

85 SE Turbo - Thats the hardest part of a business...the paper work and keeping everything in order.

Lawyer's Spirit - Thanks for the kind comments, I really look forward to helping you with your upcoming projects!

misterstyx69 - Thanks!

Rick - Lets get some more pics up on the site.....I know everyone loves pictures!

Couple of things...

I can add you to the rotorhead.ca link list, if you'd care to swap links.

Your site formats as slightly larger (wider) than my screen, and I'm at 1024 x 768. I think you're using a single image for the top banner? Might want to make it 'dynamic' (e.g. smaller images at left and right ends of the banner, with blank space in between that can 'squish' or 'expand' to change with different users screen sizes)

And this is gonna sound REALLY pedantic and nit-picky (but you'd be surprised how many will pick up on it) in general automotive terms engines convert fuel into mechanical motion whereas motors covert electrical power into motion (e.g. internal combustion engine vs. wiper motor) While the general public often say 'motor' meaning 'engine', they also sometimes say 'turbo gear' Instead of 'motor swaps' you may want to say 'engine swaps'

Ahhh, I do see your point Manntis....we'll make sure that gets changed...just for you

As for the link..sure! Like I said in the next couple weeks we'll be adding more sections so I'm sure we'll be putting a "Links" section on there somewhere. We will be sure to add you!

Ha! I was just going to post something like that but didn't since I figured people would jump down my throad. Everytime I see someone write "motor" when they should write "engine" I die a little inside...

Congrats on the new shop Joe! I'm guessing you're located in the building just north of Hwy #9 on the west side of Bruce Road 3. I was past there a couple weeks ago and noticed a couple of 7's sitting out front. Looking forward to getting mine in for a check-up this spring.
Steve
