You bought the wrong car if you're not willing to do the work yourself. I would check all the grounds at first. See if it'll turn over by hand atleast, if it's getting spark, maybe fuel delivery is sufficient, flooded engine, etc.

Try to jump start it? If it feels like the engine isn't putting any load when you drop the clutch, you may have seized seals. Try putting some tranny oil in the spark plug holes and with the EGI fuse out (not sure if its the same on the FC's as the FD) and then crank, then add some more tranny fluid, plug the fuse back in and hope for the best.

Before we start giving advice on what to do here, we should actually find out what exactly the problem is that it won't start. Give us a few more details as to what the car is doing. Does the engine crank over ect. A general good place to start though with a rotary is to do a compression test. There is plenty of info on the site and others to help you through that.

2 years??I would let the car sit in Trans fluid for at least 24hours.rolling the engine over every 8 hours, like 120 degrees.just to Soak the seals up..
Hell, there is a write up by Mr Cake..

The idea is to build compression and get the car to start, once its started, with luck the seals will be unseized. I've seen it done.

Aaron is indeed a smart man.

An RX-7 that has sat for two years will likely need a lot of work to get it going again if it was stored improperly. This work may include a new engine.

Here's a guide to get you started on stuff to check:
