To Paint or not to Paint
Marco:
Paint the hood blue, tape up the CF louvers, then clear it. Still would have a little CF flair but would appear to be more "part of" the car then no paint.
Thats my vote

Not sure if you wanna try this, but I know this guy with an RSX had put like 5 coats of blue pearl and then a couple coats of clear. It keeps the CF texture, but makes it look blue. One of the awesomest hoods I've ever seen.

I was going to suggest exactly what Joe said. Paint it, but leave the louvers (seen from the outside) carbon to show it off. I never liked the idea of fully painting carbon, as far as looks are concerned in that case it could just be fiberglass, you know?
Looks great btw

if you have the pics of that, i'd love to see it personally, when i try to picture it, it sure looks awesome in my mind
I've sprayed my fair share of pearl and in my opinion, the hood would still stand out too much. For such a clean looking car, I think it would look better if the hood matched the car and didn't stand out so much.
