I love how the first thing a new Rx-7 owner looks for is a repair shop!

Welcome!

Ottawa doesn't have any RX-7 shops. We had a place called RX-7 Heaven, but DrunkenDoug and his mangy dog, didn't live up to that name. For regular car work, any decent garage will do. For rotary specific work, we generally do everything ourselves...

if you ever need an extra hand with any work, let me know. i take payment in food and/or beer.

i actually buy most of my parts off the internet. sometimes you have to go to the Mazda dealership for specific parts you can only find through them. this forum and other owners are also a good source for parts.
and there are also some Canadian rotary shops, like RPM, that can order and ship parts to you. nothing really in Ottawa though.

for regular car repairs? well if you mean like oil changes you can pretty much go anywhere.
stuff like exhaust work there are a few good shops around, i actually go to a shop 1.5 hours north in the Ottawa Valley, haha.

anyway, welcome. hope to see you around this summer.

for parts you can contact

Mike at NO Limits, he can get most parts for you at decent prices ( probably best in town or close to ).

613 822 6226

brake rotors, pads, fluids, filters etc.

then for a garage theres

waghorns, ( they do a good job at decent price ).

Garage

Takaki Automotive at 47 Breezehill is excellent.

Kunio (owner) is the man to talk to.
