im in desperate need to get an e-test to get the car re-licensed.
the problem i have is that the car would pass the test but with cats and airpump but when i installed the downpipe 2 studs broke off and thus i have a minor exhaust leak only noticable when the hood is open......
anyways. i tried getting an etest done and i took it to a small garage and they said they refused to test it because they popped the hood, revved it and saw the leak.
anyways, what i ask is if anyone can help me out or point me in the right direction of who might be able to "test" the car, i will pay any price within reason.
