It was fantastic to catch up with some of the gang from years ago as well as meet some new faces. It was also great to get on the track again!
Hard to say thanks enough for all the hard work organizing, marshaling, running up and down the paddock....to say nothing of the BBQing! Great job.

Thanks to Alex and his wife for organizing a great meet. Good to put face to the names for the Ottawa/Quebec crews. Forget to put on sunscreen and still paying for it today.
Unforgettable I'm sure has already forgotten about you.

Yes, thanks Alex. First of these for this old fart, and so much fun to see a bunch of 7's (and 8s) Thanks also for the comments on my SE. Dave, missed you, e-mail me and we'll do coffee. (Remember me in Munster?)
Main reason for note, does anyone have an addy for the fellow with the silver early 1st gen.? I want to copy his wheel/tire combo, but forgot to talk to him.
Again, great outing, wished I could have stayed longer.

I'm the one with the silver 1st gen
My wheels are 16x7 XXR 522's with a 25mm offset. I have 205/45/16 tires on them. I have gslse brakes and suspension just like you so you should be able to do a higher offset, I had to go with a lower offset because my coilovers take up more room than stock suspension. +25 offset should still be fine on your car if it's still on stock shocks and springs. I added just over 2 degrees of negative camber on the front to get better handling and to tuck the tires in a little. Since the front of my car sits pretty low, I would've probably rubbed the tires on the fenders.
I had also test fitted 16x8 xxr 530's with a +20 offset, which is what I really wanted. I would have kept the 205 tires with a little stretch or gone with 225's. they cleared the coilovers but I would've needed to roll my fenders. I'll probably do it eventually but really wanted my car on the road so I got the 16x7's for now.

I got a slight adjustment on the way to Moxie's (thanks Mr A.) and was able to run the car a little better on the way home.
Now,to fix the booster issue so I can stop..that would be nice!
