The Ottawa Krew. Cars started making noise at round 6:30 am. We where up early and it was pretty cold that morning. Nik had that roll of duct tape in his tent all night...not sure what he was up to.



First laps on the track. Car was not yet tuned. Shot nice flames going into Turn 2 though.



Car getting tuned on the portable dyno dynamics. Car make 386whp, with boost dropping to 13 psi in the higher rpms. The Profec Spec 2 wasn't able to hold 17psi with the 7psi WG spring.

Post Race. Car survived with minimal damage, unlike some others. The vette had to finish the race without a passenger door.

You guys are putting down a conservative number compared to the rest of the field. I guess that's where the weight advantage comes in?

I wish I had some spare cash to get my car tuned by Steve. Maybe later in the year...

Great to see you guys in town. Sorry I couldn't stick around longer. Had the whole Mother's Day thing to attend...

 

I don't even think we have a weight advantage.

The car definitely needs more power. We need to run more boost and need to be able to hold boost until redline. So, we're going to try larger WG spring for now. If the car where able to hold 17 psi, more power should be there.
