I have to go out there anyways to fight a parking ticket. Do any of you guys know if it's worth fighting them? If you lose, how much court fees do you have to pay? It's a 50$ ticket for parking within 3m of a hydrant that was hidden in someone's garden.

from what i have heard, the most fees you will have to pay is a few dollars if you have to call a witness or something. if you win you don't have to pay any fees.
another thing to keep in mind is there is no "without reasonable doubt" clause for minor offences like parking, so it might actually be harder to win, i don't know. stupid traffic laws...
