so, decided to go cruising for a bit on steeles east on the way to pickerin as theres no traffic or lights and relatively smooth road.
was fun, until i went over some bumps goin across a bridge which probably knocked some of my wiring loose so then my whole car lost all power to everything, engine stalled at 120 kmph.
i pull to side of road, turn off car, switch key to ignition, notice all my power is fine except my FC commander does not turn on, started sweatin as i was in middle of no where with my buddy. called Joe at RPM as he was the only number i had saved on my phone from earlier today as i am planin to pick up a couple roters from him
( props to Joe for tryin to help me out with the problem ) which was somethin to do with the fuses from power FC to engine as im guessin since my commander wire was still connected.
gettin dark, no flash light in car, nor any idea of where the ECU is located, decided to sit down feelin hopeless until the flatbed comes
first time seein your 7 on a flatbed is heartbreakin
so anyone got any suggestions?
any help is appreciated
and again, many thanks to Joe for tryin to help, ill make sure to bring you a double double when i drop by

Oh damn that sucks. Wonder what happened. The wires to the ECU might have unplugged if they weren't on properly. Or it could have just wires that got loose anywhere. Let us know when you find out.

anyways, work in 5 hours, sleepy time, ill keep this updated for whoever is interested to know wat happened i guess
^ probably when you're havin the most fun
so i almost came to a conclusion of the problem where basically and simply the PFC wiring or fuses came loose and without the ECU, engine wont start,
i understand the ecu is in the kick panel, but where is the other side of the wire at?

huh Jim?
yes Dom, i really rather go to somewhere that is closer to me, i have no doubt that rotary dynamics are excellent in servicing 7s, but since i get off work at 4 pm, it would take probably hour to a hour and a half to get to Jim, while mazdees is only 25 mins away, and time is really a issue for me as im goin to be very busy until mid-late august
i checked the harness behind the kick panel, nothin seems loose or unconnected
yea Chris, this does suck
, though ill love the 7 even more when it gets fixed
