ON Nikki Carb Rebuild Kits?

Do any of you SA/FB owners know where we can buy carb rebuild kits for our 7's in Canada?

Or have had good experience ordering online from the states?

Cheers,
Kam

When I rebuilt my frist one I did a bunch of research to find the best kit, and spent a whole bunch of time in the 1st Gen section learning from folks in there. I don't remember the brand or the part number, but I remember that I had to find one of these parts stores to get the specific kit that was supposedly the "best quality" one.

If you run into some trouble rebuilding yours, let me know. I've since rebuilt a half dozen for different people, and as long as you're not aiming to pass an emissions test they're not too difficult.

Edit: Did some searching and found an ancient post I made back when I knew what I was talking about. Apparently the brand is either "Standard" or "Hygrade" (worst names ever) which are made by the same parent company. https://www.rx7club.com/1st-generati...6/#post7068867

I'm glad you found your old post! I was just about to try Canadian tire!
I'll hit up the CarQuest sometime next week and order myself a kit.
Part of the joy of these carb's is that they never quite run perfect, but everything we do to them brings them that little bit closer.

Cheers!
