new with rx7 need help car wont start

i bought an 86 rx7 non turbo from my friend, engine was just recently rebuilt. i store the car last winter & start it once in awhile. The last time I started the car it was okey, now it won't start at all. I tried deflooding the engine couple of times but still not able to start the car. Any suggestion before I bring it to a mechanic. Also any suggestion which shop in Scarborough/Toronto I can go.

Thanks

Take the plugs out and Clean them,Or put in a fresh set.while doing that Take both EGI fuse out(engine bay fuse block, they are the Two closest to the Engine)Roll the engine over 20 sec,to expel any fuel. Now,put a Milkshake straw full of motor oil into the Lower plug holes, roll over 10 seconds.this Mixes with any Fuel Left over and it will shoot out of the Plug holes and Exhaust Manifold.Wipe the Plug holes off,Put the Plugs back in and wire the Plugs up Correctly.put the Fuses Back in..then Start the car up ..It should start up.It will SMOKE!..so run the car until the Thermostat opens on the Engine,(Gauge goes up)..The best thing to do,is to take the car for a Drive.,BUT I suggest that you Check all FLUIDS/Belts,lookunder the car for Leaks, and what have you on the car before Moving the car.
