they forgot to Mention Sherman TANKS..so really you can put the rx7 Body onto a Tank Platform and not have to Pay the Tax!..(..but,seriously,I saw that If you Designate your Car as a Historic Vehicle and have plates for it,you don't pay the tax.)

I know that we all prefer not to pay any taxes but the city is in dire need of money since the provincial and federal governments are balancing their budgets at the expense of Toronto. Raising property taxes is probably the most dangerous method politically speaking.
