New Canadian Company for Quality RX7 Manifolds and Downpipes

Hey guys, wanted to let you all know that Glease Manufacturing is up and running with producing manifolds and downpipes for FC's and FD's. It's a huge deal to me that there's now an option for us all that doesn't involve huge shipping costs and 30% in just USD exchange.

Here's a link to the FD manifolds, and we're almost ready to showcase the FC units. Located in Leamington, Ontario.

Thanks for all the support!

Glad theres more products for our car on this side of the border. Tired of the currency and shipping costs. Any chance you will venture off into other products besides exhaust components? Vmounts, larger tmic, etc.

Thanks, I'm sick of it too.

As for branching put, absolutely! I've spent a lot of time branching out in the S2000, Miata and 350/370Z world too . Any interest in a new product will be considered, and usually the only hold back beyond demand is having a vehicle to build and jig the parts to.

Looks nice. Love having some options on this side of the boarder. I don't have any Turbo's so not up my ally, but, if you bring out any NA exhaust parts for the FC (Need a collector) or a midpipe for an RX8 (cat is gone on mine) you might have another customer.

Thanks for the feedback! Those aren't in the plans as of yet, but we will see!

Beautiful looking products!

Doing an exhaust header and/or collector should not be a stretch for you. I'd be interested in one, if I hadn't just bought one last fall.

Any chance you build manifolds with single wastegate or even rerouted dual wastegates? I am looking to go rerouted. Your work looks amazing. I'm considering some kits in the states that reroute wastegates but i'd rather keep my $$ in Canada.

We don't sell them that way, but if you're not that far from here just have us fab it up for you! Built right to your car. We do this all the time. :)

Thank you, appreciate it. Our dollar is so terrible, I'm really passionate about people not wanting 33% of their cash on just the transfer. Sometimes you have to, absolutely, but that's what encourages good Canadian products!

My names Mike. I used to be in the car scene in windsor. I had a red monster miata, blue rx7 N/A, and a porsche 944 turbo. We met before buying/ selling parts i believe. My parents still live in Puce and i visit from time to time. I'm located in Toronto now. Wanted to say the website looks great and so does your work.

Hey Mike! I remember you well from real time performance! I appreciate the support, I hope we can touch base soon and catch up. :)

yr6 10-13-15 04:50 PM

Good ol realtime performance. haha. I recently picked up a 9/10 condition 1988 rx7 turbo AE exactly like terrh's old one. It has under 50k. All stock but i already can;t handle the spool time. Do you make steel 2.5" down pipes?

Glease Man 10-29-15 10:34 PM

Here's some of the process of machining the S300 Series Borg Warner Turbos to accept a 3"vband setup, instead of the Marmon Flange. Included in all of our kits, and optional on all turbo sales.

Here's a time lapse of welding up some non-billet series Collectors. Lots of welding time into these manifolds.

Beautiful products and amazing fabrication/welding.

Any chance you do somewhat custom jobs? I have a FB that I bought coilovers for....

I need the lower strut mounts welded to the OEM spindles I have.

I am looking for a local company to do the job!

I was thinking the best way to o it is to have the spindles decked down flat on a mill and then lower coilover bracket welded on.
