How did I burn you? are you still trying to pin the poor purchase of 3 motors on me? take some responsibility for your actions.. you are in the situation you are in by your own doing.. I did NOT tell you to go ahead with the purchase of the motors, I told you Max would be intrested but wanted to see the motors first.. you told me you would set it up and give me a call back.. guess what, you never called back..
As for you calling me.. Have you ever concidered that I actually work? and that I don't have my phone on me 24/7 or am too busy to bother answering my personal phone because I am on a call? By the way, think twice before you decide to post my personal informatino on a public forum again..

I will give Jakob credit for one thing, he did show up on the forum instead of hiding. Some things just don't jive however. Jakob you say that you're in the hole for the motors? When I was over there and we could not get the motor out of the garage you said you would contact me back, you never did. You could not have been that desperate to sell it if you were not even willing to call back a buyer who had cash in his pocket. Now I don't know if Kawa burned you or if your trying to burn someone else I hope it's not the latter but those motors are not as you advertised I already explained why. Heres the deal as far as I see it like you said you have made some mistakes, fair enough we all do, but don't be suprised that this has all surfaced because of it. I'm not pissed or mad at you, I think more a little disapointed. Now let me say this, I never gave you any parts and you NEVER gave me any either, you have NEVER owed me any money, cheated or screwed me. Your dealings with me always seemed fine, it was just that your stories and intent seemed a little inconsistant. You seemed so willing to help people and then all this stuff came about. I don't see it as gossip at all, most of what was said is FACT. All the comments about peoples family's is a little silly.

well im happy to inform everyone that i have received my money. jacob called and talked to me several times yesterday, apologized for everything and transfered the money the same day. i can only hope that everyone else can set their affairs straight with him. thank you to everyone who helped again

I Do not know if you remember but you are the one that phoned me to say that you were going to sell the two momo seats wich were included in the the signed contract. I got mad at you and said that you cannot do that . You then said that you wanted the money in 48 hours. I do not know if you read through that contract but the biggest mistake you mad was not wrighting down when the money was to be received by. So leagally you could not demand the money because you were in the whole from your other dealings. Then my father said that we did not want to buy the car simply because you got to pushy. You want me to prove it I still have the bankdraft reciept dated for the day after the body work was done. That was for the pament of the body work itself. and then your were going to get the rest of the $4500 subtract the $1700 a week later!!! But you could not wait you wanted your money cash!!! in 48 hours, so my dad said screw it we will not get pushed around by some kid just be cause he could not finance his money.


Fine prove it you call me you should still have my number. But let me refresh your memorie a little. My dad, my sister, and me were outside your dad's store and we said that we did not want to buy the car. there were just to many problems. You said ok, then you said you would have our money in a week. So where is it?

Jacob, I remember talking to Chris twice about those motors, I even phoned Chris back that day wondering if he had heard back from you, so I could see them, you neglected to phone him back, come to think of it, you pulled the same stunt the other day, I was with him when he phoned you last weekend.
I thought it was a pretty good deal, and was willing to splurge on one, if I could see it to make sure I was not buying crap, Chris new that, and told you that, I need useable cores, not junk, if you took it upon yourself to buy them all before I committed to it, thats your problem, not Chris's, not Graham's and not mine, and as I recall the price wasn't a 1000.00, it seems to have gone up a tad.. I do not need more junk, if you think i would buy something sight unseen like a motor for a 1000.00, you do not know me very well.. The last time I saw you, was that saturday, I was hoping to see the motors then, but you screwed off somewhere, I never heard from you after that, so I figured you either never got the motors, never had them, or sold them to someone else. Dealings with Lil'7, the TRUTH:

I have never lied to him, except for the price I obtained the vehicle (For the sake of making a profit). It was broken into (I'm just laughing because he honestly doesn't believe me, #1 I have proof and witnesses of the damage. #2 LOOK at the forum everyone is having problems with vandalism and stealing #3 Every single RX7 I have owned your interacted with has had damage do to vandalism and theft) It was not my fault that it was broken into, but rather the body shop. They had kept it outside (it was fenced in); anyways they ended up paying for it. I never lied about anything else, I did have two (2) Mortgages to pay and I was seriously strapped for cash. He was the shady one; he missed the dates that he and his father promised. I was being taken for a ride. They I was told at first that he had to sell this vehicle and they he would be obtaining the only right away. Unfortunately the guy screwed him over! So i said fine I'll give him some time, but I was straped for chas. I said that I could not sell him the vehicle because I needed the money. Then I get a call from his father and he states that the purchase of my vehicle is NOT DEPENDANT on the sale of his Golf. After some negociating I agreed to receive $1700 at first. But then I get a call from the mother and she told me they did not have $1700 but rather $1000. Lil'7 tells me that they have to sell their Daycare first. I was shocked but reasonable and told them that I'll see what I can do. I had someone inquiring about the MOMO seat that I said I would include. I needed the cash so I called back and said that I could not include the seats. I thought that this was a reasonable compromise to the situation, but he thought otherwise. He started freaking out, and I said that I had no choice due to my situation. At the highpoint, we had no disagreements: on price, condition of sale, or the vehicle. It was when he could not follow through with the money. Given my situation, I could not afford to wait and I gave him as much time as possible. Yes, I did push him for money, but only because I lived up to everything I promised. After being told one thing then another I has fed up with dealing with them. His father pulled out because I told him I did not like the way they were conducting business. I did receive $200.00 Deposit and if he wants it back he better come and see me first. What really ticks me off is that he tells everyone that I'm a fucken cheat and a liar. Right after we broke off his sister even has the audacity to ask me if I would give him the seats for the deposit (I am not Lunatic, but it seems that they think I am). Anyways this is between him and me.

I earned all my money. I was never had a free ticket. His parents are good PARENTS. They are paying everything for him, just so he can grow up to be a good boy. I have nothing against that, but supporting him in purchasing a car THIS WAY is not a good thing at all. His father knows what I am talking about. When he gave me a call back after I was fed up with Lil'7 he had to peed with me to reconsider selling the car to them. Of course I agreed, but it totally pisses me off the **** that LiL'7 was causing. Direct Quote: "Come on, please, he REALLY wants the vehicle and he's been looking a long time" (This was right after he LiL'7 Blew up about the seat).

I know I should have never put down is his dad, but I was really really really tick off.

Hey Jacob the reason I called you a cheat and a liar is because after the body work was done you went a head and asked for the money the day the car was done. I asked you if I could see the car you said sure and that you would call me back. Big surprise you never phoned back. I phoned you and you said lets meet there I went there you did not show up then you phoned me whill I was there and said that you did not want to sell the seats and then went on to say that you did not want to sell the car. At this point I had not seen the car yet and had know idea what the body work looked like. then you phoned me back to say that the car had been broken into. Now you tell me I was beginnig to think that I was being played. so let me summarize
- I had not seen the car yet
- you tell me the car was broken into
- then you ask for the money to be paid the next day - sight unseen
Now here is the funny thing we were going to pay for it until me and my parents sat down and talked about this we went over all those points and decided if we saw the car and it looked good then we pay if we do not see the car then we walk. Geuss what happened we did not get to see the car because you would not let us so we walked away.

I recieved a PM from Jakob and would like to clear a few things up that I may have said.

1) First I made a connection between a white T2 that went missing in town and a white T2 that Jakob had. I have no proof that these two cars are one in the same, I based my comment on a previous experience. Jakob seems more than willing to prove ownership and it should never have been any of my bussiness.

2) My comments about his motors were my opinion. I saw the motors in person and made the comment on that experience. If your interested in buying his motors it is in your best interest to go see them for yourself.

I hope this clears a couple things up Jakob.

To all who are reading:

I really don't know Jacob and cannot comment on his business dealings as I have never completed a deal with him. My conversations with him were over the phone as he described and I have never met him in person. I really cannot be considered a character reference of any kind.

I also do not know Lil'7 and have no knowledge of the arrangement between him and Jacob. As such I cannot comment as to who is in the right or who is in the wrong.

However, I do know Chris Ng and can say without prejudice that he is one of the nicest and most honest people that I know. I would have no problem dealing with Chris on anything. Chris, along with Max and Graham, have helped me out countless times with both advice, parts and mechanical ability. If it weren't for them I probably would not have owned my RX7 for nearly as long as I have had it. In fact there is an entire group (Chis Ng, Max, Graham, Shaun, Ronaq, Chris Y, Eric, Paula, Mike, Ed V, Jeff, etc.) that I consider myself priviledged to know and am certain that everyone would be more than willing to vouch for Chris Ng's character. I just wanted to make it clear that in a dispute I am firmly taking Chris Ng's, or anyone else in this close knit group, side because I know them and I trust them. I thought I should speak up because after reading the posts my silence might imply to some that I am an ambivalent bystander in this ordeal when I am not.

I realize that what is going is between the parties involved, and I don't wouldn't want anyone to get dragged into it, or put themselves into it unwillingly..

Jacob, I originally posted in this thread because it had confirmed my feelings about dealing with you.. I felt I was justified to try and keep from people from going through the same mess we went through.. After re-reading my first post however, I will admit that the tone was quite harsh, and for that I appologize.. You have sent me a pm explaining yourself, and I appreciate that, however there were still some inconsistancies in some of the explanations..I'm not going to bother hashing them out though as it isn't worth my time nor yours..I don't really care to get into a debate as to who ripped who off.. we both have babbled on long enough in this public forum that people are probably laughing at the both of us..
In the end, we both seem to see our past dealings diffrently.. we are both entitled to that.. but I don't think it's of any use to either of us to continue a war against each other..And so let's just concider the situation between us closed.. You are entitled to conduct your business the way you want, and I'll keep my thoughts to myself.. It makes for a happier world that way..
I sure don't need the added stress of thinking that something will happen to my car one day because someone is pissed off at me, and I doubt you do either..

He will go on with his business and I will go on with mine. Hopefully we can put this behind us . I would also like to apologize to the forum you guys saw a side of me that was not me.
