Need exporting/importing advice

Hello

I recently sold my 1984 rx7 to help pay for some cars I'm wanting to import for Washington up into Vancouver, at the Canadian end it seems l don't have much to do but the Americans are been difficult. The cars are all old mazdas the newest one been an 83 rx7, we are having trouble with the exporting process. Has anyone done this before? We are finding it difficult to even get information out of them.

The old owner (he's part if this forum) was going to deliver the vehicles up to me but now we are not sure if he's legally allowed to export them himself.. Any information would be much appreciated..

If you red this post half finished my bad, I'm using my I phone and the keyboard disappeared and I hit post by accident.

The state you importing from is important. In most cases you need the bill of sale, title (depending on state you may need to get it notarized) and the border needs this info 2-3 days before the cars cross the border.

Seems simple enough.

Thanks for your reply, I had a good string of luck today and managed to get a hold of someone more then happy to answer some questions for me. All is good apart from one of the cars not been allowed to be exported now as it doesn't have a title.
