I have a 92 that I need an Etest for if theres someone around that can help that would be MINT! I have power fc, single turbo and no air pump. Please help its been 2 years and I still dont have my car on the road!!!!

No air pump is setting up to Fail Dude.
there are no "magic spots" to Etest anymore.They started getting real scarce when they Imposed 50,000 dollar fines.
Talk with some of the Guys that own 3rd gens,like THE WIRD..Jim Kutschke.Maybe they can help you put your Setup back to "Semi stock' so that the emissions equipment will Work enough to Pass the Etest.
You need a Working air pump and a HI FLO Cat,and lean out the Power FC, just to Pass,then afterwards you can go back to your old setup.
I wish you all the best.I love FD's.but I hate Etests.( that is why I am stuck on the 86/87 S4 Series.No Etests required for cars in those years.In my region,anyways.)

Ive had bad luck at canadian tire...we brought a supercharged jimmy in and they claimed exhaust leak and stopped and they forgot to block both exhaust pipes..
