I know this question has been asked before, but I need some up-to-date information.

I have a '84 RX7 GSL with the 12A engine. The shell and interior of the car are in good shape (I didn't drive it in the winter), but the engine is shot. To be more precise, it runs but leaks coolant like crazy. My guess is that the gaskets have failed. I'd like to get the car running again, and figure I'm going to have to get a rebuilt engine.

First question: can anyone recommend where I can get a rebuilt 12A motor from a reputable supplier? I'd prefer to get the engine from a supplier in Canada, but I'd consider getting an engine from the U.S., if necessary.

Second question: can anyone recommend a knowledge rotary mechanic in Ottawa to install the engine? As an alternative, I can probably get the car to Toronto.

Unfortunately, I don't have the facilities or time to work on the car myself, so doing my own rebuild is out of the question.
