so you modernized them by making them work less effectively.. usually ' modernizing' is associated with making something better, not worse.

Don't listen to this loser .. They look awesome. I'm thinking of doing the same thing, but just not fully decided because they're blinding for people behind you. I might get them tinted that would help and look better.

heres a video for people interested in what the LED conversion is like...

thanks for the good comments guys, appreciated. I have considered tinting with the LED incase they were too bright, but not doing black tint, just a red tint. my friend did his 240sx, looks super good IMO and should help with the brightness situation.

I'm undecided, I think they might need to be tinted a bit to suit my tastes. Nice job none the less.

Did you put then in for 8 minutes 30 or 8 hours 30?

8 minutes I'm sure.

8 hours at 250F would probably melt them into a puddle of goo.

I think those lights look great!

The plate had me laughing. Reminds me of a thread on ClubSi back in my Civic days (don't hold it against me) where somebody ordered the same plate, but the DMV screwed up and sent him "JDN TYTE" and he was wondering if he should just keep it...

All the sealer is still in it when u heat it up itjust softens it up enough to pull the top part out of the base when we put them back together we just put the main sections back in the oven for 2 mins still at 250 and then pushed the lenses back in and there are little clips all along the side that held it together onceyou get it in far enough.
