ON MityVac Silverline Elite Automotive Test Kit

I've been looking at this for a while on ebay etc.
MityVac Silverline Elite Automotive Test Kit
No. MTY-MV8500
My local CarQuest Auto Parts store had one on the shelf for $134.99, so I ask the manager is this is the current price as I know I can get it south the border around $65.00 U.S., so he check and yes their on sale in Canada as well for $79.00 Can. Good deal if you factor in shipping and duties. So if anyone else is in the market now the time to visit your local Carquest store and shop Canadian.
Cheers

Why don't you just pick up one at princess auto? They are only like $50 regular price.

the princess auto ones are okay, ( tend to stop working after 20 uses ), the item the original posted put up, looks much nicer.

I mainly purchased it to do vacuum/pressure tests for such items as solenoids, actuators, and other turbo **** when I redo all my vacuum lines this winter. Also great for bleeding brakes, clutch or any other fluids.
Here's a link for some uses:

Thanks dgeesaman for a great d.i.y.!
The ones at princess auto / crappy tire are great for bleeding brakes but for a little more cash this is far superior product which in a few years you can even buy parts if anything fails on the hand pump.

They are a handy item for testing anything vacuum related. I've also made adapters for mine that attach to power steering systems to bleed them. I bought one from Mac a few weeks back that was like $200.

Was that the nice air powered one with the octagon catch bucket? If so that is a super win item! hahaha. Cuts bleeding time in half......just don't tilt it too much or you will screw up the internal valving.
