Yes and I have found it very useful and it has helped out huge so thank you for taking the time to write that up..... my situation is ....I bought a used megasuirt with a DIY harness so it is all modified to go I just have to run wires, fuses, relays for the battery, fuel pump, wiring up the coils Im 98% sure I coul manage on my own but would like someone to guie me so I don't screw anything up
I'm not sure MS is for you.
Installing it is the easy part. If you need a hand wiring up fuses and relays, your going to have a hell of a time troubleshooting why it wont work... not to mention tuning.

the squirt is a V3 board with a MS1 chip in it. The board has the necessary mods in the proto area to run the stock CAS
The wiring harness is a DYI autotune harness, there are no injector connectors however, it was set up to run peak and hold (low impedance) injectors, also has conectors to hook into the stock wiring harness near the ECU on a second gen T2 for power etc. It also has the provisions for the windshield wiper motor and the cruise control,

Oops....didn't see the ignition wiring on first glance.
Sounds like the harness is set up fairly well. If it was set up for low impedance, ideally it would have injector resistors as using PWM is a little annoying. Then again, I generally don't bother because ther are only 2 injectors per bank so I just set them up as I would high impedance.
You can get the injector connectors at an auto parts store. Make sure to get the nice WeatherPack style.
You will also need to add a 4 conductor shielded cable to bring the CAS signals back to the board.

Read my writeup.
The 4 conductor shielded wire is for the CAS. This is assuming that it is not already on the harness.
I don't suggest running PWM unless the appropriate mods are made to the 'Squirt to bring the 12V for the flyback circuit outside the box. Otherwise you end up with noise issues.

There are definitely some things I would change about that harness. Pull power and IGN from the battery and either the key, or trailing coil.
There is wiring that I don't see in those pictures:
-fuel pump
-CAS
-coils

I've got a feeling that this was possibly run as fuel only, so he had a distributor and no CAS.
The fuel pump shouldn't be a major issue, but the rest you'd need.
I think what you'll need to do is trace the wires that you're not sure what they are with a multimeter and they should all be labeled as what they are anyways.

the coils and cas are on the connector but when the previous owner took the harness out he cut the wires so I went back and labled them according to the wiring diagram he gave me
