Mazda or Excedy clutch???
Mazda or Excedy clutch???
Yea, the title says it all. I'm getting a clutch job done with a $100 dollar difference between Mazda or Excedy.. The excedy's a regular clutch.
Should I save $100 bux and go with the Mazda?
Or throw in an extra $100 and pray for a little extra performance?

Never heard nore have i tried eurodrive, but if i were you i'd save the money and just get the stocker, then when you have enough money read up on how to change the clutch and do it yourself. It's not really that complicated, just taked some effort and help from a friend.
First clutch change on my rex since i bought it was done by me, and that was the first time i'd changed a clutch ever. Again with a haynes manual, the right tools and parts and some help i'm sure you could probably do it, just need to be a somewhat mechanically inclined.

becuae all japanese stuff is higher quality. and lots of the japanese guys run os giken. my buddy had one on his t2, the pp wouldn't hold 300hp, slipped like crazy, put a ACT in there and it's 10 million times better.
exedy makes the mazda clutch. If it's a 100 dollar difference go with the mazda OEM clutch from the dealer. UNless you are getting the exedy racing sport upgrade clutch, which is better than OEM.
